Gary Busby

Gary has thirty two years (32) experience which includes five years of audit and two years of general taxation experience at antecedent firms of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu and twenty four years at MV Anderson & Co after joining the firm as a taxation manager in September, 1979.

Gary specialises in income tax and business services including finance, appropriate structures, restructuring, purchase and sale of business, property development, valuations and business plans.

Paul Hullin

Paul began his professional career at MV Anderson & Co as a trainee accountant in July 1986 and now has over twenty four years (24) experience in taxation and business services. Paul specialises in income tax, indirect taxes, fringe benefits tax, taxation compliance and dispute issues, and corporate and lease financing.

Paul is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

John Beattie

John has fifteen years (15) experience in general taxation and accounting with MV Anderson & Co and a further two years with Coopers and Lybrand in Launceston, Tasmania.

John has specialist knowledge in the capital gains tax area and goods and services tax. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Andrew Ellem

Andrew joined MV Anderson & Co as a partner in December 2006. He was previously a principal in a two partner accounting firm for approximately nine years (9) and prior to this he was a principal in a boutique merger and acquisition firm.

Andrew brings in excess of nineteen year's (19) professional experience and is focused on the development of small medium enterprises centred on work life, balance and succession planning.

Graeme Day

Graeme has recently accepted an appointment as the new Audit Partner of MV Anderson & Co bringing thirty six (36) years experience. He was previously the audit partner of another similar sized firm. Graeme commenced his professional career at J. S. Eastwood & Etherington that was merged into Deloitte Touche Tomatsu in 1978, later achieving partner with the international firm Grant Thornton.

Graeme has a wealth of knowledge in the Profession, Large Corporate Financial Institutions and Government Authorities such as the Work Cover Authority.
